I have finally opened a shop. Now you can come and visit us in Healesville and try an ever changing array of icecreams, sorbets, granitas, spiders, sodas and other frozen treats.

We also have shelves full of icecream gifts and a fridge full of fresh local fruit. If you don't buy it I will turn it into icecream.

The big question is one scoop or two?
